The sessions are client-led, meaning you set the pace and direction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n I believe that you already hold the insight and strength to understand your challenges and decide where you’d like to go. My role is to listen, support, and walk alongside you as we gently explore what’s going on in your life and what steps feel right for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n My approach is grounded in client-centered counseling, which means I work with each person in a way that respects their own pace and inner wisdom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n I also offer coaching to support personal growth\u2014both in people’s personal lives and in their work lives. For those running small businesses, I understand the pressures that can come with that, and I help people explore how to care for themselves while managing those demands.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n I’m trained in Active Listening counseling, the Enneagram and I also draw on Gestalt, ACT and CBT training and practices. My goal is to create a supportive space for people to explore what’s happening in the moment for them and to explore their needs and issues. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n In the self-development space, I use tools like the Enneagram and the Ikagi models to help people reconnect with what matters most to them, helping them find their, values, meaning and sense of purpose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Everything I offer is shaped around the individual and their needs. <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n We work together to find what feels right for you and what approach supports you best.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n I work with individuals, businesses and with NGO’s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n I am available to work with clients in person, online or by phone depending upon your needs and location.<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Counseling services are $150 per hour session.*<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Coaching sessions start at $180 session. **<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n *( please note counseling services are not available to be bulk billed)<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n **(The coaching service I provide is based upon individual needs and generally runs for 6 to 8 sessions, and is negotiated with the client before the sessions commence.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n <\/p>\n\n\n\n Hello I am Cameron Russell.
